Shipping Information

Our bikes ship securely in kit form, packed in large parcels. For most of our bikes this means they will arrive with you partly assembled and some home assembly will be required.

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at the checkout in the fairest way possible.  Your delivery destination, the total weight, and volume of your order all determine the rate applied. 

The indicated delivery times are general time frames established by our shipping partners. These time frames are on top of item availability and order preparation time.

No refund for shipping fees can be made on orders delivered later than the indicated delivery time.
