International Shipping Policy and FAQ'S

Please read our Store Policy carefully before completing your order.

It is important to carefully consider your purchase prior to ordering and we will always try our best to assist you in selecting the correct bike.

The high cost of returning a bike makes it especially important to choose the correct size. If you are unsure or have any questions, we are always happy to help.

Do you ship overseas?

We ship worldwide! The rates to our main destinations can be found on our worldwide shipping rates page.

Please be aware that customs duties for deliveries outside the UK are not included and you may be instructed by customs to pay these to the courier upon delivery of your parcel.

Our delivery times are approximate and are exempt from exceptional circumstances or force majeure causes.  In the event of any such exceptional circumstances occurring, Bells Bicycles will contact you as soon as possible. Bells Bicycles has no liability for a delay in the delivery of products ordered.

My delivery estimate seems to be more than I expected:

We calculate our delivery costs at the market price, using a shipping calculator based on size and weight. These are estimates made at the time and may fluctuate according to the market. If there is a difference at the time of purchase in the delivery cost then Bells will refund the customer the difference.

Will I get charged VAT if I live within the UK?

Yes. All our prices are inclusive of VAT so the final sale price will not change.

Will I get charged VAT if I live outside the UK?

No, we will remove VAT which will be 16.5% off the listed price.

We are continually working to improve our VAT free shopping experience. Should the items you are interested in purchasing not have this option, please get in touch and we will arrange a quote and custom invoice for you.

What shall I do if my parcel is damaged upon arrival?

If your parcel is damaged when it arrives it is important you contact us within 48 hours so that we can contact the courier and organise for a replacement to be sent out to you asap.

If we are not notified within 48 hours then our claim will be rejected by the courier and we will not be able to provide replacement parts free of postage charge.
