Return policy

We really do hope you love your purchase as much as we do but we accept that it can't be right every time. It's a headache that it's not right anyway so we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible.

Please include your name and order number plus a brief description of why you wish to return it.

You have up to 14 days as a "cooling off period" we expect the item to have been returned to us in that time or we cannot offer a refund.

If the item has not arrived incorrectly described or damaged, we ask you return the goods to us at your own expense. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights — for example, if goods are faulty or described incorrectly.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 
If your item has arrived damaged in transit, please let us know within three days of delivery. To rectify the situation we will either send a replacement part or where deemed necessary, collect the item and replace or refund. If we are not notified within three days you will be responsible for the postage costs to return the item and to have a replacement sent out. 
If a faulty or damaged bike needs to be returned then it must be packed up to be returned in the same condition it arrived so that it can be returned safely without incurring further damage.
Examples of items not covered by your warranty:
• Buckled wheels / de-hub
• Worn tires
• Worn/broken chains (unless clearly a manufacturing defect)
• Worn sprockets
• Worn bearings or hub internals

Mobile devices and screens display colours differently. While we will refund an item if you feel the colour differs from that on the website listing, we cannot offer a refund on the postage and you will be responsible for returning the product at your own expense. 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If a refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within five days. 
Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
